As an instructor for The Data Warehouse Institute (TDWI) and author for Intelligent Enterprise , she tracks industry trends and evaluates leading BI products hands on. She is the author of Business Objects: The Complete Reference with an XI version due out early in 2006. She publishes in-depth research on BIScorecard.com.
